We had a pretty good time at the Atlanta Science Festival teaching people about polarity. There was fake snow, paper chromatography, and “rainbow” test tubes with layers separated by polarity and density. You should come and visit us next year.

We won an award!
Our chapter won an American Chemical Society Commendable Award, which is the second highest award that the ACS gives. It also happens to be the top honor our chapter has ever won.
Atlanta Science Festival
