Now that National Chemistry Week has come and gone, I wanted to give a recap on what all we did to celebrate.
On Monday we gave out periodic table cookies in the Georgia Tech Student Center. Everyone that came up to us was pretty happy about them. They also tasted fantastic- I can confirm that.
On Friday (Mole Day!) we set up a table in the Clough building, or the CULC for those of you who like acronyms. We gave out candy to people who could answer chemistry trivia and calculate the number of moles of sugar in their candy (with simplifying assumptions, of course).
